Statement: As a Master of Construction Management student with a background in interior architecture, I’m passionate about making the construction industry more inclusive and diverse. Growing up in Inner Mongolia and gaining hands-on experience in cost management, I’ve seen the value of different perspectives in shaping better outcomes. I want to help break barriers, share my journey, and inspire more women and underrepresented voices to see construction as a space where they belong and can thrive.
