With a proven track record as a trusted advisor, he possesses a deep understanding of the complex security challenges facing large enterprises today, having partnered with organizations across multiple verticals including Public Sector, Defence, Financial Services (FSI), and Telecommunications .

Currently based in Melbourne, Australia, Yazan helps customers securely navigate their journey to the cloud—and securely adopt emerging GenAI technologies—by leveraging the best of Google Cloud's built-in features and its partner ecosystem . Prior to his current role, he served as a Lead Cybersecurity Technical Solutions Architect at Cisco Systems .

A passionate advocate for cloud and AI security, Yazan is a prominent thought leader who regularly speaks at major industry conferences, executive roundtables, and events . He is also deeply committed to community engagement and education; he actively mentors early-career talent, serves as an industry advisor for university computer science programs, and leads security/scam awareness workshops for the public .
