Statement: I am committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing in the construction industry. As an ambassador for Women in Construction and Mental Health in Construction, I aim to inspire more women to pursue careers in the field and help create supportive pathways for growth and leadership. I am equally passionate about raising awareness of mental health, reducing stigma, and encouraging a culture of openness and support. Through this role, I want to lead by example, drive positive change, and help build a construction industry where everyone can thrive.
