Vivian Dabre is the AI Solutions Lead at BildGroup, an Australian construction and civil infrastructure company, where he leads AI strategy, solutions delivery, and capability uplift across the organisation. Joining with a mandate to convert ambition into action, he formalised BildGroup's AI strategy, convened and took charge of the AI Council, and drove multiple solutions from proof-of-concept to production, including the company's policy intelligence platform, a Voice AI Site Diary, an AI-assisted tender pipeline, and a council monitoring system spanning Australia's metropolitan councils. He also leads AI literacy and capability uplift initiatives across the business, fostering grassroots adoption at every level.

Prior to BildGroup, Vivian delivered complex AI and ML solutions for Australian businesses at Deloitte, and built deep applied AI expertise at CSIRO, working on AI-powered climate risk and geospatial solutions. He holds a master’s degree from Deakin University, and his contribution to the field of AI in Australia has been formally recognised by the Australian Government through the Distinguished Talent Visa under the Global Talent Program in the field of Data Science.
