Vinnie Ngo is a Senior Development Manager at Woodlea, an award-winning masterplanned community in Melbourne's west developed through a joint venture between Mirvac and Victoria Investments & Properties (VIP).

With over a decade of experience across residential property development, masterplanned communities and urban renewal projects in Victoria, Vinnie is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Woodlea, where he has led the end-to-end delivery of more than 650 townhouses, representing over $250 million in construction value.

His expertise spans the full property development lifecycle, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and the practical challenges of delivering medium-density housing at scale. He believes early engagement and strong, collaborative partnerships with builders are critical to improving project viability and accelerating housing delivery.

Prior to joining Woodlea, Vinnie held development management roles at Development Victoria and CasUrban, contributing to a diverse portfolio of residential and urban renewal projects. Vinnie holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Western Australia and has undertaken postgraduate studies in property at the University of Melbourne, where he received the Dean's Honour Award.
