Vikram Rajakumar is a Senior Security and Risk Consultant at Arup with over 20 years of international experience across national security, cyber security, crisis and emergency management, risk consulting, protective security, and safety operations. Having worked extensively throughout Southeast Asia, North Asia, North America, Europe, and 
Australia/New Zealand, he brings a global perspective on emerging threats, organisational resilience, and the evolving risk landscape facing governments and industry. Vikram advises public and private sector organisations on security and resilience challenges across critical infrastructure, transportation, aviation, technology, and the built environment. 
His expertise spans cyber security, threat assessment, protective security, security risk management, and protective design, helping organisations identify vulnerabilities, strengthen resilience, and make informed decisions in complex operating environments. In addition to his role at Arup, Vikram periodically supports international security and resilience initiatives with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Terrorism Prevention Branch in Vienna, contributing to global efforts to strengthen 
counterterrorism and protective security capabilities.
