Venesa is an Associate Director in AECOM’s Sustainability & Resilience practice, bringing over 15 years of experience in environmental and sustainability consulting. With a foundation in chemical and environmental engineering, she has led the development and delivery of sustainability strategies across some of Victoria’s most significant major infrastructure projects.

Venesa champions collaboration and innovation to embed sustainability into the heart of infrastructure delivery. Her leadership is marked by strategic thinking, technical depth, and a strong commitment to driving meaningful environmental and social outcomes.

Originally from Malaysia, Venesa began her career in concrete manufacturing and the oil and gas sector before transitioning into sustainability consulting, driven by a passion to make a lasting, positive impact on the world around her.
