Tony Ting is the People & Culture Manager at Rothelowman, one of Australia's leading national design practices. Uniquely, Tony began his professional career as an architect before transitioning into Human Resources more than 30 years ago, giving him a rare understanding of both the people and project sides of the built environment.

Having worked across Australia, South East Asia and Europe, Tony brings extensive international experience in leadership, culture, talent and organisational development. He is an accredited Mental Health First Aider, career coach and recognised HR thought leader. Through his speaking, writing and social media presence, Tony advocates for workplaces where performance, wellbeing and human connection can thrive together.
