Statement: I have been in the construction industry since I was 15 years old, and I am now 33. I have been around all walks of life on sites having diversity and women in construction within my company is a priority. Mental health is something close to me, so I know I’ll be a strong believer in being the best I can for each of these sections. We are a very sustainable company with the way we use materials to ensure we aren’t being wasteful.
