Statement: I'm motivated to join the Women in Construction Ambassador Programme because I want to be part of creating more opportunities and support for women in an industry that I'm proud to be part of. I'd like to use my own experience to encourage other women, share what I've learnt and help show that there is a place for women at all levels of construction.
