Szabolcs Szlovak is the investment and trade counsellor of Hungary in Melbourne, Victoria. He spent more than 20 years in the field of investment promotion,  working as a state aid expert at relevant ministries, and investment promotion agencies, like ITD Hungary, Hungarian Investment and Trade Agency (HITA) and Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA). Prior to his Australian assignment he was worked in London, UK, in a similar position. His aim is to bring Australia and Hungary closer together by strengthening the economic ties between the two countries.
