Swapna is Principal sustainability advisor at Mott MacDonald Australia Pty Ltd with over 13 years of international experience from strategy/business case development through implementation/operational performance. She specialises in sustainable building design and optimise performance, with experience across Green Star, LEED, NABERS and WELL certifications. Her work focuses on translating sustainability objectives into practical project outcomes including decarbonisation, operational and embodied carbon, and wellbeing objectives. 

She collaborates closely with Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) as a certified Green Star assessor and contributing the technical expertise to support industry development.
