Suzannah has worked in Melbourne’s built environment for 25 years, specialising in proposal and bid management. Over the last eight years she has supported AECOM’s Civil Infrastructure team – primarily with Bid Build projects. Prior to AECOM, Suzannah worked for one of Melbourne’s leading architecture studios and several large commercial construction firms. 

Suzannah’s passion project launched in late 2024 – to create an accredited training pathway for document control to support Victoria’s Big Build projects and the wider industry. This initiative brings together four leading software providers, as well as the Brotherhood of St Laurence in the form of a Traineeship to be delivered by Holmesglen TAFE. It will help organisations across the construction industry meet their MPSG and BEP targets and fill a much-needed, critical skills gap. Suzannah is also passionate about creating vocational pathways for women in construction that will ultimately see them in highly paid, high-valued careers.
