Statement: As an immigrant woman in the construction industry, I understand firsthand the challenges of building a career in a new country and a male-dominated field. I’ve been fortunate to receive genuine support and encouragement in my workplace, but I know this isn’t the case for everyone. That’s why I’m passionate about joining the Women in Construction Ambassador Programme to help create a more inclusive, supportive industry for all women, regardless of their background. I want to share my journey, advocate for those who are underrepresented to confidently pursue careers in construction.
