Shaun is the Co-founder and President of the Australasia Property Advisory Association and works in development management at Development Victoria. With more than a decade of experience across construction, sales, startup entrepreneurship, family office, property consultancy, private developer, listed developer, and government agency in Australia and overseas, he has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the property industry across multiple sectors.

Through his role at the APA Association, Shaun champions leaders with multicultural heritage in the property industry, bringing global mindsets to local solutions. He advocates for new initiatives that support industry growth and encourages global capital investment into Australia.

Shaun has held multiple executive and director roles across various not-for-profit associations and businesses. He is an advocate for social equity across both his professional and personal networks.
