Shanica Saenrak Hall is Sustainability Group Manager at Northrop Consulting Engineers and Victorian Chapter Co-Chair of the Australian Passivhaus Association. A registered architect and sustainability leader with over two decades of experience, she works across architecture, sustainability advisory and industry advocacy, with a particular focus on civic, health, education and community projects.

Shanica brings expertise across Green Star, WELL, Living Future, LEED and Passivhaus, translating complex sustainability frameworks into practical, high-performance outcomes that support people, place, climate resilience and biodiversity.

Her industry leadership includes the GBCA People & Wellbeing Expert Reference Panel, Living Future Oceania Technical Working Group, Australian Institute of Architects committees and the Property Council of Australia Sustainability Committee. She is particularly passionate about regenerative design, healthier and more inclusive places, and embedding sustainability early enough in the design process to make meaningful change.
