Currently serving as an Associate Director at WSP, he specialises in navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects that shape urban landscapes.

Sehon is a strong advocate for sustainable development and workforce inclusion, frequently contributing to the engineering community through mentorship and his work with the College of Leadership and Management.
