Sarah Alexander
Sarah Alexander is a social entrepreneur and strategist focused on embedding social value into infrastructure through co-design, social data, blended finance, and impact measurement. As Director – Scaling Impact, ANZ, she leads initiatives that drive innovation in infrastructure delivery and workforce capability. With a background in infrastructure planning, human-centred design, and social enterprise, Sarah brings a systems-thinking approach to projects like the Suburban Rail Loop and Level Crossing Removals. She previously co-founded YLab at the Foundation for Young Australians and has worked across Asia on economic development, governance, and women’s entrepreneurship. Sarah is passionate about reimagining infrastructure as a platform for social innovation and inclusive workforce transformation.
