Sangeeta Alex is an experienced leader across government, education and industry, with a strong background in apprenticeships, workforce development and vocational education. In her current role with Apprenticeships Victoria, she partners closely with employers, TAFEs and other government departments to create apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities that connect people to jobs.

Through this work, Sangeeta has built a reputation for bringing people together connecting employers with training providers to deliver practical, employment outcomes. She has played a key role in designing programs that supports students move from education to employment in areas of critical skills shortages.

With a background in education, project management and stakeholder engagement, Sangeeta is passionate about helping people find their direction, build skills and turn opportunities into long-term careers
