Sami Raad is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and construction industry, currently serving as General Manager at SYNC. His career at SYNC showcases a steady progression through leadership roles, reflecting his dedication, expertise, and strategic vision. Beginning as an Engineering Graduate in 2017, Sami quickly demonstrated his technical capabilities and leadership potential. By 2018, he was promoted to Fabrication Team Leader, where he oversaw production processes and ensured the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In 2019, Sami transitioned to Operations Manager, a role in which he played a pivotal part in refining SYNC’s operational framework. Sami’s leadership culminated in his appointment as General Manager in February 2024. In this role, he oversees all aspects of SYNC’s operations, from strategic planning and resource management to client relations and project delivery. His efforts have been instrumental in positioning SYNC as an industry leader, driving innovation and operational excellence while maintaining a steadfast focus on quality and client satisfaction. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from RMIT and a Certificate III in Automotive Technology, Sami brings both technical expertise and a solutions-driven mindset to his work. His career trajectory reflects his commitment to fostering growth, efficiency, and sustainability, ensuring SYNC remains at the forefront of innovation within the manufacturing sector.
