Sameer Mane is passionate about creating workplaces and communities where people feel connected, supported and valued. Working across workforce mobilisation, training, inclusion and employee engagement within the construction industry, Sameer focuses on bringing people together and turning ideas into meaningful action that strengthens culture and belonging.

Alongside his work in industry, Sameer is also actively involved in community initiatives and advocacy. He contributes to work with Thorne Harbour Health and JOY FM, supporting initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion, visibility and connection across diverse communities. These experiences have further shaped his belief in the importance of creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and respected.

Throughout his work, Sameer has supported initiatives ranging from Inclusion On-Site programs and Purple PPE campaigns to recognition opportunities such as AWEI award nominations, always with a focus on creating environments where inclusion becomes part of everyday experiences and conversations.
