Rob Flux is an active property developer, and Founder of Property Developer Network (PDN), Australia’s largest property development community, with more than 38,000 members where he works as an industry advocate to Govt's at all levels on behalf of Small-Scale Developers. With more than 39 years’ experience in property, Rob brings a practitioner’s perspective to the challenges of delivering much-needed housing, particularly through small and medium-scale infill development. He serves on multiple government advisory panels, contributing industry insight on housing supply, planning reform and the barriers facing developers. Through PDN’s national events, education programs and online community, Rob connects developers and industry professionals across Australia, with a mission to help 1,000 people achieve financial freedom by 2030.
