Richa Sud is the Sustainable Design Lead at TTW, where she drives the integration of sustainability into core business strategy and project delivery. With a background in structural engineering and data analytics, Richa ensures embodied carbon is considered as a key design parameter from project inception through to construction. She brings a systems-thinking approach to decarbonisation, linking TTW’s digital tools with everyday engineering practice. 

Richa plays a central role in preparing for the upcoming climate-related mandatory disclosure requirements and supports clients in developing practical pathways and measurable targets for Scope 3 emissions, particularly in high-impact materials such as concrete and steel. Her work focuses on driving measurable emissions reductions across the built environment through practical, project-based interventions.
