Electrical Engineer, K1 Save Energy

Women in Construction Statement: As a Women in Construction Ambassador, I am deeply committed to fostering an environment where gender is never a limitation but rather a strength. Through mentorship, advocacy, and education, I strive to empower women to pursue careers in construction, engineering, and leadership roles with confidence. Representation matters, and by amplifying women's voices, addressing workplace challenges, and promoting policies that support diversity and inclusion, we can create a thriving industry that values talent, skill, and dedication above all else.

Mental Health in Construction Statement: As a Mental Health in Construction Ambassador, I am deeply committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health by fostering a culture where open conversations, psychological safety, and proactive support systems are the norm. With experience in project leadership, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement, I understand that true productivity and safety go beyond physical measures - they require a mentally healthy workforce. My goal is to advocate for early intervention, raise awareness about stress management, and ensure that every individual in construction feels heard, supported, and empowered to seek help when needed.
