Raelene Stratton is an experienced leader and planning professional with over 20 years of experience across government and the private sector. With a background in town planning and environmental science and working for 12 years in transport, she brings a unique combination of expertise in strategic and statutory planning, transport and land use integration, policy development and project delivery.
Raelene has played a leading role in shaping Victoria's Movement & Place Framework 2.0 and Urban Design Guidelines for Victoria 2.0, bringing together transport, land use, urban design, road safety and environmental considerations to support better outcomes for people and places.
