Rachel is a Technical Director in the Rail (Project Delivery) team in AECOM with over 20 years of experience.

She has delivered some of AECOM’s biggest infrastructure projects in Victoria including M80 Ring Road Completion (aka North East Link), Rail Infrastructure Alliance (Metro Tunnel Project), Level Crossing Removals.  

Rachel has a proven record of building high performing teams, through authentic leadership, team culture and wellbeing. She thinks outside of the box when encountering challenges to project objectives, and actively coaches, empowers and develops potential within teams.
