Priscilla Radice
A trusted leader with more than 25 years’ experience leading delivery and reform across diverse infrastructure sectors throughout Australasia, Priscilla has been a positive catalyst for change in both the private and public sectors. She helps to ensure social infrastructure delivers outcomes for local communities; helping improve lives and economies while maintaining project efficiencies and driving innovation.
Throughout her career, Priscilla has been a positive catalyst for change. She helps create more liveable and sustainable places, build economies and increase revenue across the public and private sectors as a trusted business advisor and directs major projects in port development, transport and logistics and city strategy sectors.
Priscilla commenced as CEO of VHBA in February 2025, having previously held the role of Deputy Director General, Health Infrastructure Queensland.
Prior to this, Priscilla was Deputy Director General Health Infrastructure Queensland and has held senior leadership positions with Investment Assurance Committee and the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), Arup Group Limited and the Port of Brisbane.
Born in Western Australia, Priscilla has had extensive experience working in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.
