Prachi Anand is a senior technology and cyber security leader with over 20 years' experience across technology delivery, governance and information security. Her career spans project, program and portfolio management before transitioning into cyber security leadership, giving her a practical understanding of how technology, risk and business priorities intersect.

As Senior Manager, Security Strategy & Governance at Aurecon, Prachi leads the organisation's security strategy, governance, risk and compliance function. She works closely with executive leaders to embed cyber security into strategic decision making, oversee enterprise security risk management, drive regulatory and standards compliance, and mature security capabilities across a global business.

Prachi is passionate about translating technical cyber risks into business language that boards and executives can understand and act upon. She believes cyber security is no longer solely an IT responsibility, it is an enterprise risk that influences resilience, reputation, customer trust and long term business performance.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Prachi enjoys mentoring emerging professionals and helping organisations build practical, risk based security strategy that enable innovation while protecting business value.
