Pearl is the Head of Smart City, Innovation, and Improvement at the City of Casey, one of Australia’s fastest-growing councils. She leads future-focused initiatives that integrate smart technology, collaboration, and innovation to build a more sustainable and resilient community.

As Vice President of the Australian Smart Communities Association, Pearl brings experience across government, professional services, and non-profits. An engineering graduate from the University of Melbourne, she has received national recognition, including Science & Technology Australia's Superstars of STEM and as a finalist in the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards. Pearl is passionate about empowering the next generation of diverse STEM leaders.
