Statement: I am passionate about improving mental health, wellbeing, and psychological safety across the construction industry. Through my work in WHS and wellbeing, and my research in construction safety, I am committed to supporting more practical, proactive, and human-centred approaches to workplace health. I would like to join this ambassador programme to help raise awareness, contribute to meaningful conversations, and support positive change for construction workers and organisation.
