Olga is a distinguished engineering professional with over 20 years' experience in the engineering and construction industry across Australia, Asia, and Europe. Recognised for her strategic leadership, she has successfully led high-performance teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects, such as the Suburban Rail Loop East Tunnels South and Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport. Her career spans diverse roles in consultancies, construction, government, and research, underscoring her versatility and adaptability in driving innovative solutions.

Known for her open and communicative leadership style, Olga effectively aligns team efforts with project goals through her extensive technical and management expertise. Her leadership is characterised by a commitment to fostering innovation and inclusivity, passionately championing initiatives that promote diversity, career development and the integration of new technologies.

Olga holds a Master of Engineering (Civil) and a PhD in Engineering from The University of Melbourne.
