Nicholas Grear is the Development Director at Pomeroy Pacific, where he leads the end-to-end delivery of complex projects across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use sectors. With a background in civil engineering, he brings a developer’s perspective to housing delivery, combining strategic foresight, authority negotiation and a deep understanding of development feasibilities to unlock project value.

Nicholas has delivered major projects ranging from affordable housing and social infrastructure to high-density towers and master planned estates. Passionate about creating spaces that enhance community outcomes, he is committed to finding commercially viable solutions to Victoria’s housing challenges.

He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Urban Development Institute of Australia and the Property Council of Australia.
