Statement: I am passionate about building an inclusive, innovative, and safe construction industry. As a recent Master of Construction Management graduate from Deakin University, I have actively engaged in programs like the NAWIC Buddy Program and participated in site visits to learn firsthand about safety, quality, and teamwork. I believe that empowering others and fostering diversity can drive meaningful change in our field. I am eager to inspire fellow students and professionals to embrace continuous learning, wellbeing, and sustainability in construction through this ambassador programme.
