Michelle Navaratnam
Michelle Navaratnam is WT Australia’s Learning and Development Partner. She has extensive experience delivering training programs across the professional services, mining, and construction industries. As a registered psychologist with a Masters in Organisational Psychology, Michelle’s approach is grounded in evidence-based methodologies, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to design and implement impactful learning initiatives.
Michelle has successfully designed and led the implementation of large-scale, national learning programs. Her work encompasses the full spectrum of learning - from designing and delivering in-house leadership and professional skills training, to collaborating with subject matter experts on targeted technical learning initiatives.
An experienced and engaging workshop facilitator, Michelle is skilled at creating inclusive environments that foster active participation and real-world application. Her goal is to empower people to grow, adapt and lead with confidence. Her work helps organisations build capability, drive performance and foster a continuous learning culture.
