Michael Snow is a Project Director and energy transition specialist with more than 20 years' experience delivering complex infrastructure, electrification and distributed energy projects across Australia. With qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy, he has built a reputation for successfully implementing first-of-their-kind and technically challenging projects in live operational environments.

Throughout his career, Michael has led the development and delivery of pioneering technologies including cogeneration and trigeneration systems, thermal district energy networks, virtual power plant solutions, and Australia's first large-scale commercial building electrification retrofit using large scale heat pump technology. His work spans precinct-scale energy systems, major brownfield infrastructure upgrades, and net zero transition programs for some of Australia's largest property and institutional portfolios. An active industry contributor, Michael regularly advises organisations on electrification and heat pump deployment and works with industry bodies to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon technologies and practices.
