Melanie is a proud Gomeroi woman and Arup’s First Nations Lead for Australia and New Zealand. A cultural strategist, advisor and facilitator, Melanie works across First Nations engagement, reconciliation organisational change and the built environment.

She is passionate about moving organisations beyond good intentions and into meaningful action, creating space for First Nations knowledge, voices and leadership in the decisions that shape our workplaces, communities and places. Melanie is known for bringing warmth, clarity and a deeply relational approach to complex conversations, helping people navigate change with both courage and care.
