I am a Senior Interior Designer at Gray Puksand with more than 15 years of experience across workplace, healthcare, aged care, hospitality, commercial and residential design.

My cross-sector career has shaped how I understand the ways people work, live, heal, connect and age. I draw on this experience to question conventional approaches and bring relevant ideas from one project type into another.

I am passionate about creating places that feel human, purposeful, and connected to context. My experience spans creative direction, spatial planning, tendering, business development, documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery, with a strength in translating complex briefs into strategic, design-led solutions that are both innovative and buildable.

Alongside my role at Gray Puksand, I am the founder of Meg + Grace, an independent art-led studio specialising in commissioned artwork and murals.
