Maripearl  Garcia is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry working in major infrastructure projects like roads, freeways and bridges in Australia and commercial projects such as high-rise buildings, hotels, steel structures and dredging and reclamation in Singapore and the Philippines.

She is currently serving as a Completions Manager on one of Melbourne’s largest infrastructure projects, where she leads with a focus on progressive handover, completing on time, efficient working and agile thinking. She is passionate about harnessing technology in construction, she advocates for the Agile Mindset to improve project delivery and is dedicated to advancing the completions and handover process within the industry.
