Luke Wade is Operations Manager at Kapitol Group and a seasoned construction leader with over two decades of Tier 1 experience. Before joining Kapitol, Luke spent over 18 years at Multiplex, where he helped deliver landmark projects across Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. At Kapitol, he oversees major project delivery and strategic operations, with a portfolio spanning data centres, residential towers, commercial precincts, and institutional builds. Known for his collaborative leadership and focus on certainty, Luke also mentors Kapitol’s next generation of construction professionals and plays a key role in shaping the business’ future direction.
