Luke is a Senior Director - Civic Infrastructure at Development Victoria, overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure projects on behalf of government clients.

With over 20 years’ experience planning and delivering large-scale civic infrastructure projects, Luke has contributed to some of Victoria’s most significant redevelopments with Development Victoria. These include Melbourne Convention Centre Development, Flinders Street Station Redevelopment, State Netball and Hockey Centre Redevelopment, Melbourne Cricket Ground Redevelopment and Nyaal Banyul – Geelong Convention and Event Centre.

Luke started his career delivering venues for large international sporting events, including Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and 2007 World Swimming Championships. Since then, he has worked across numerous sectors from sport and cultural projects to heritage redevelopments, tertiary education facilities and precinct development.

Along with expertise in business case development and complex project delivery, Luke is passionate about the ability for government to be able to make lasting, positive contributions to society and firmly believes that infrastructure projects deliver more than built form results and can directly enhance broader social and community outcomes.
