Louiza Nutt is the Group General Manager of Network, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Modern Workplace Services for JB Hi-Fi Group. She leads these enterprise services across one of Australasia's largest retail groups, with responsibility for the strategy, delivery and operational performance of core technology platforms.

Lou works across infrastructure modernisation, cyber resilience, cloud services, workplace technology and AI governance, helping enable secure, reliable and scalable technology services that support both retail operations and corporate functions.
