Lexie serves as Secretary and Membership Chair for NAWIC Victoria, where she contributes to the effective operation of the Victorian Chapter and supports its dedicated team of volunteers.

A contracts and commercial specialist, Lexie brings extensive experience across commercial, high-rise residential, retail, and large-scale infrastructure projects in both Australia and the UK. In her current role as Commercial Manager on the North East Link Primary package, she focuses on management of upstream commercial matters.

Lexie strongly believes the goal of achieving equity and inclusivity in the construction industry is the responsibility of all it’s participants, as all will enjoy the benefits!
