Kevin Miller is Regional Data Centre Director for APAC at Black & White Engineering, leading the growth and delivery of the company’s data centre business across the region. With over 25 years of experience in critical infrastructure, Kevin brings deep technical, commercial and strategic insight to the planning, design and delivery of complex mission-critical projects.

Kevin has worked across Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America, supporting hyperscale, neocloud, colocation and enterprise clients through all stages of development. His experience spans early-stage site selection, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, masterplanning, concept design, design management, commissioning strategy and project delivery.

Kevin is globally recognised for his specialist expertise in aligning data centre facilities with the rapidly evolving requirements of IT hardware, chip architectures and high-density compute. He works at the intersection of facility infrastructure, power, cooling, resilience and technology roadmaps, helping clients understand how decisions made at the chip and rack level translate into campus planning, engineering strategy and long-term operational performance.

Throughout his career, Kevin has developed a strong reputation for helping clients navigate the increasing complexity of data centre infrastructure. He has advised on large-scale developments involving high-capacity power systems, resilient mechanical and electrical architectures, liquid cooling readiness, sustainability, grid constraints and the operational requirements of modern digital infrastructure.

In his role at Black & White, Kevin works closely with clients, project teams and regional leadership to provide clear, practical and commercially informed engineering advice. He is focused on ensuring that technical solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with each client’s business objectives, while maintaining a strong emphasis on buildability, operational resilience and long-term value.

Kevin is known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach. He brings together multidisciplinary teams across markets and disciplines, helping to translate complex technical requirements into clear project strategies and successful delivery outcomes.
