Ken Lunty is the APAC Service Lead for Sustainability and Circularity at Arcadis, with more than 20 years of experience helping public and private sector clients deliver practical sustainability outcomes. His expertise spans transport infrastructure, property, water, education, resources and major social infrastructure projects across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. An Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional, Verifier and Trainer with the Infrastructure Sustainability Council, Ken is widely recognised for advancing sustainable infrastructure outcomes. In 2026, he received the Infrastructure Sustainability Council’s Enduring Impact Award for Individual Contribution to a Sustainable Future. Throughout his career, Ken has advised governments, corporations and project teams on sustainability strategy, environmental and social performance, and the integration of sustainability into complex infrastructure delivery. As a former director of a leading sustainability consultancy, he helped grow the business into one of Australia’s largest dedicated sustainability advisory firms. At Arcadis, Ken is focused on turning sustainability ambition into action by embedding sustainability into design, engineering and delivery processes. Passionate about creating positive impact, he works alongside engineers, designers and clients to realise measurable outcomes through clear strategy, effective storytelling and practical implementation.
