Kelly Macmorran
With over 30 years of design, planning and project management experience in both the private and public sectors, Kelly has been a key contributor to the planning, design and delivery of major projects including Melbourne Quarter and Victoria Harbour in Docklands, Barangaroo in Sydney and Olympic Games venues in Athens and Beijing.
Kelly is passionate about creating meaningful built environments that respond to individual, business and community needs and that take a holistic approach to addressing environmental, social and economic outcomes.
As Design Director for Development Victoria, Kelly is responsible for overseeing the design of the Victorian Government’s $1.7 billion Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation, Australia’s largest cultural infrastructure project. The project will transform Melbourne’s creative precinct – attracting visitors, creating jobs and establishing a vibrant new public realm in the heart of Melbourne.
