Kayla is a Senior Site Supervisor at CPB Contractors, specialising in civils and structures. She’s been in the industry full-time since receiving her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2011, starting in a role as a Field Engineer for Bechtel in the United States. After discovering her love for working on site and with the trades, she adjusted her career aspirations to the Construction Supervision job family, becoming a Supervisor in 2014. Her career has spanned two continents and multiple construction sectors, including nuclear, oil and gas, rail, and major infrastructure.
