Kake Wong is a recognised infrastructure leader and Technical Director with over 2 decades of experience delivering transformational transport, rail, tunnel and civil infrastructure projects across Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

She has led multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from major pursuits through to design, construction, and project delivery. Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as North East Link, M80 upgrade programs, West Gate Tunnel, Melbourne Metro and other major rail, road, tunnel, and metro programs.

Beyond project delivery, Kake serves as a Client Account Manager for key strategic infrastructure clients across Australia, where she focuses on building executive-level relationships, creating long-term value and strengthening partnerships across major construction contractors. She has extensive experience leading complex bids and pursuits for nationally significant infrastructure projects, successfully bringing together multidisciplinary teams to secure and deliver transformational outcomes.

Kake's international career includes appointments in Jakarta, Indonesia; Doha, Qatar and Boston, USA, where she contributed to the leadership and delivery of major transport and metro infrastructure programs. Her global experience provides a unique perspective on infrastructure delivery, stakeholder collaboration and project execution across diverse markets and delivery models.
