Joyce Ferng
With almost 30 years of global experience, Joyce Ferng is a seasoned Chartered Fellow Professional Engineer recognized for her expertise in delivering complex projects across the Middle East, Australia, the UK, and Singapore. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with world-renowned architects, including Zaha Hadid and Lord Norman Foster, to create groundbreaking and sustainable designs.
Joyce is a passionate advocate for pushing the boundaries of modular technologies, leveraging her deep understanding of systemized technology to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to challenging project requirements. She has successfully delivered numerous modular projects from initial feasibility through to final construction, integrating the latest advancements in construction technologies with established lean methodologies.
Currently, Joyce is contributing to the transformative NEOM The LINE project—an iconic, future-defining initiative that will reshape urban living. Her role focuses on integrating Industry 4.0 technologies with hybrid structural materials in the construction and prefabrication space, working closely with digital disruptors to lead the next evolution of urban infrastructure.

In addition to her professional achievements, Joyce is a recognized thought leader and mentor in the engineering field. Joyce also holds a seat on the board of directors for PrefabAUS, a hub dedicated to advancing prefabrication in Australia.
