Jonathan van Beek is National Governance and Innovation Manager at Wilson Security, where he leads initiatives focused on governance, transformation, and emerging technologies across strategic national customer portfolios. With almost 30 years of experience spanning security, risk, operations and organisational transformation, Jonathan has built a career helping organisations solve complex operational challenges and translate strategy into execution.

Prior to joining Wilson Security, Jonathan held leadership roles within Amazon's global Corporate Security organisation, overseeing large-scale vendor, risk, and policy programs. He has also contributed to industry standards development through ASIS International technical committees and holds an MBA in International Business.

Jonathan is a strong advocate for the practical application of artificial intelligence within security and business operations. His recent work has focused on exploring how AI can enhance productivity, support decision-making and improve service delivery while maintaining appropriate governance, accountability and risk controls. He brings a pragmatic perspective on how organisations can move beyond experimentation to unlock measurable value from AI in real-world operational environments.
