Jonathan is a Senior Development Manager of Community Real Estate at Stockland, where he focuses on unlocking opportunities across health, education, and broader community real estate uses to support the masterplanned communities that Stockland creates.

With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, Jonathan has held senior roles in investment, asset, and funds management within the commercial and social infrastructure real estate sectors across Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Before joining Stockland, Jonathan served as Vice President of Portfolio Management at Northwest Healthcare Properties, dedicating 12 years exclusively to healthcare real estate.

Jonathan is passionate about social infrastructure real estate and understands the importance of ensuring the right amenities are in place to meet the needs of the surrounding community. His focus is on realising this outcome while also achieving strong commercial results.

Currently, Jonathan is the Victorian Chair of the Social Infrastructure and Education Committee at the Property Council of Australia.
